Veal Wiener

Product Size: qty 7/1, about 6" length

Product Description: Fully steam cooked, lightly smoked, redish in color,
100% veal, light in flavor with a hint of lemon and paprika, in a sheep casing,
smooth texture.

Product History: A sausage created in Vienna (known as Wien to German speakers),
Austria. This sausage is known as a frankfurter everywhere except Vienna,
where it is called a Wiener.

Cooking Suggestions:
Simmer in a little water for 5-10 min.

Serving suggestion: This can be the perfect snack or make a meal out of it and add it to
your favorite soup or stew.
