Product Description: Fully steam cooked, not smoked, medium-light in color, pork and veal, mild in flavor with a hint of coriander and nutmeg, in a sheep casing, medium coarse texture.

Product History: These little sausages are named after the town Nurnberg that is also
famous for gingerbread and their christkindlmarket.

Cooking Suggestions:
Just brown them in a sautÈ pan with a little vegetable oil, 2-3 minutes on each side or
until crispy. Enjoy!

Serving suggestion: They are delicious and are the perfect item to cook up for breakfast.
