Product History: Traditionally this sausage is
sautÈed in a skillet with some vegetable oil
until crispy. Once you cut into them you will hear a
sound that resembles a "knack" or "crackling" so, need
we say any more?
Cooking Suggestions: SautÈ in vegetable oil for
7-10 minutes on each side until crispy.
Serving suggestion: We put a little garlic in our
Knackwurst so try one of our recipes
from our website or just enjoy them with some mustard
