Product Description: Fully steam cooked, not smoked, light in color, pork, bacon, liver and onions, mild in flavor with a hint of ground white pepper, rice and onions, in a pork casing, soft texture.

Product History:
This is a traditional Cajun sausage. Throughout the area known as
Acadiana, or Cajun County, of which Lafayette is the hub, you'll see signs and banners
signaling you to stop and grab a link of Hot Boudin. People take their Boudin seriously.

Cooking Suggestions:
It is best when pan sautÈed or grilled for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until crispy,
it will melt in your mouthÖmmmmmm.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy with braised collared greens and traditional red rice and beans.
